Flow with me
I was introduced to yoga when I was a young teen, but it wasn’t until I was in college that I really started a consistent yoga practice. That was when I fell in love with yoga. At the time, I was studying hard for my first actuarial exam. The hour I took for myself to go to the yoga studio was mostly for my physical health at first, but I quickly began to notice the mental benefits as well. Those mental benefits are what kept me coming back for more, and what I truly believe helped me pass my first exam. Since then, my passion for yoga has grown. I wanted to delve deeper into the practice, so in Autumn 2022 I got my RYT 200 hour certification. I enjoy sharing my passion for yoga and hope to hold space for others to receive the same benefits I have through my teaching.
